| Kylie comes from an impressive line of bitches. Her Great Grand Dam was our foundation bitch, Gr Ch Almanza Better Than Ever (imp Swed), her Grand Dam is our first homebred bitch, Gr Ch Bushman Burning Desire and her dam is one of the top winning Flat Coated Retriever bitches in Australia, Gr Ch Bushman Talk About Lucky! With that kind of pedigree we had every right to expect big things. Kylie was only shown a few times as a puppy. She won Reserve Bitch CC and Minor Puppy In Show at just 6 months old at the Flat Coated Retriever Association's Championship Show in 2005. Kylie spent her first twelve months in training for Retrieving Trials but recommenced her show career in October 06. In only a month and a half of showing, she completed her show title, won five class in group awards and Best in Show at both the Flat Coated Retriever Open and Championship show! 2007 saw Kylie win Multi CC and Breed wins and Best Of Breed at Adelaide Royal 2007 from an entry of 19 Flat Coats then pulled out in the final cut for Best in Group! In 2008 Kylie won three Intermediate in Show awards, multi class in Group, multi Runner up in Groups and a Best in Group award. So far in 2009, Kylie has won multiple class in group, Best in Group, runner up in group awards and Best of Breed at Canberra Royal Show and finished her Grand Champion title on 7th March a month short of her 4th birthday! We are proud Advance Ambassadors!! We feed our entire team exclusively on Advance and are thrilled with the results! |
